LibreNMS is an open source monitoring tool based on PHP/MYSQL/SNMP. It's a featured network monitoring system that provides support for wide range of network hardware and operating systems including, FreeBSD, Cisco, Linux, HP etc.

NfSen allows you to: Display your netflow data: Flows, Packets and Bytes using RRD (Round Robin Database). Easily navigate through the netflow data. Process the netflow data within the specified time span. I have not been able to get the nfSen rrds to be accepted by LibreNMS and I have found no other working examples except for the documentation.
